	The trademark of "CUGA®" is registered in Japan (2002.6.17). In Japan from the 7th of May 2002 we are scheduled to start domestic sales of "CUGA®3 Sequencing Kit" which applies in vitro transcription to sequencing (2002.5.7). In Japan from the 1st of April 2002 we are scheduled to start domestic sales of "CUGA®7 Sequencing Kit" which applies in vitro transcription to sequencing (2002.3.18). In Japan from the 1st of April 2002 we are scheduled to start domestic sales of the cloning vector "pTS1" DNA which is optimal for Transcriptional Sequencing (2002.3.18).
	Nippon GeneTech Co., Ltd. started domestic sales (JAPAN) of the "CUGA®7 Sequencing Kit (April 1st)" and "CUGA®3 Sequencing Kit (May 7th)" ,which applies in vitro transcription. These are commercialized Transcriptional Sequencing, developed from the processes in the "Mouse Encyclopedial Project" by RIKEN and commercialized by Nippon GeneTech Co., Ltd. If you attached T3, T7 promoter sequences to your target DNA, you can get the template DNA with T3, T7 promoter sequences on both sides of your target DNA. Then it is possible to analyze your target DNA from both sides using CUGA®3, CUGA®7 RNA polymerases.
